The Check-in Report compares the Inventory and notes any variation in either
content or condition of the items.


We also report on the property’s cleanliness and of course, we also record meter
readings. It is vital that the Check-in report is agreed and signed by the landlord
and tenant (or their representatives) as it forms the basis of the agreement
between them.
